Tanggung Jawab
- Manage BIR compliance requirements including tax filings, registrations, and documentation
- Oversee accounts receivable processes, collections, and credit management
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports
- Process payroll and manage employee reimbursements
- Coordinate month-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in full-cycle accounting
- Advanced knowledge of Philippine BIR regulations and tax codes
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in financial data handling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
