Tanggung Jawab
- Financial Operations Support: Assist in the end-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy in data entry and timely payment schedules.
- Account Reconciliation: Perform daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain accurate financial records within the ERP system, including posting journal entries and adjusting entries as required.
- Reporting: Prepare and compile various financial reports, including trial balances and income statements, to support management decision-making.
- Compliance & Auditing: Support the internal audit process and ensure adherence to company policies and local tax regulations (e.g., BIR).
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries and improve process efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must) and experience with accounting software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and BIR tax regulations.
- Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.
