Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including recording transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of account balances.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax laws and company financial policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and general ledger functions.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
