- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Manage purchase orders, receiving reports, and three-way matching
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments through various payment methods
- Maintain organized accounts payable records and documentation
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
