Join Uptitude Training's dynamic finance team as an Accounting Specialist specializing in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes. This critical role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong financial acumen to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end AR and AP operations, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and financial data analysis. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full cycle accounts receivable processes including invoicing, payment collection, and aging analysis
- Handle accounts payable operations including vendor invoice processing, payment scheduling, and expense reconciliation
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks)
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements monthly
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Process employee expense reports and reimbursements
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and tax regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AR/AP accounting
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong knowledge of Philippine GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder interactions
