Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes with high precision.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Facilitate clear, professional communication with international clients regarding billing, payment status, and financial inquiries.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure ledger accuracy.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment discrepancies and optimize billing cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA licensure is an advantage but not required).
- Proven experience (3+ years) in an accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related role.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite).
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective client communication.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work environment.
