Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice verification, approval routing, and payment scheduling.
- Execute accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
- Maintain precise financial records in accordance with company policy and local regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline procurement and spending workflows.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements with high attention to detail.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and data analysis for management review.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and financial insights.
- Actively contribute to optimizing our internal accounting processes using AI-integrated tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- CPA licensure is a significant advantage but not strictly required for non-CPA applicants with strong experience.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping, general accounting, or AP processing.
- Proficiency in modern accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to troubleshoot financial discrepancies effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative, tech-forward culture.
- Proven ability to work independently while managing tight deadlines in a startup environment.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new technology and process improvement.
