In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our financial compliance, managing bookkeeping processes, and preparing essential government reports and tax returns.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate government reports and tax returns to the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other government agencies.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and company policies regarding financial reporting.
- Monitor and process statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) for employees.
- Perform general ledger functions and assist with internal and external audits.
- Support the finance team with budget preparation and expense analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or compliance.
- Familiarity with Philippine tax codes and government reporting procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality.
