Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and submit accurate government reports and tax returns in compliance with all applicable regulations
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal controls
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review
- Monitor financial transactions to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting regulations that may impact the company
- Support budget preparation and financial analysis as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with focus on compliance and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA) is an advantage
