Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a regular basis.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and supporting schedules.
- Support the finance team with data entry, document management, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
