As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial health of our organization by managing day-to-day accounting operations using NetSuite. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, vendor payments, and reconciliations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries using NetSuite ERP.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and balance sheet reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial reports and variance analysis.
- Monitor and process vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payment runs in a timely manner.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, schedules, and reconciliations as needed.
- Collaborate with the finance team to identify process improvements and implement best practices in NetSuite workflows.
- Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and ensure alignment with physical assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 2–3 years of solid accounting experience, preferably with exposure to NetSuite ERP.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and financial reporting standards.
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and other office productivity tools.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to collaborate across teams.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or working towards certification is a plus, but not required.
