GAMA Foods, one of the Philippines' top 3 poultry integrators, is seeking a meticulous Accounting Specialist - Payables to join our finance team. In this critical role, you'll manage our accounts payable operations, ensuring accurate and timely vendor payments while maintaining financial compliance. You'll be instrumental in optimizing payment cycles, resolving discrepancies, and supporting month-end closing processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Manage accounts payable ledger, ensuring timely payment processing and discount capture
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently
- Assist in month-end closing procedures through payables accruals and reporting
- Maintain organized vendor files and payment documentation for audit readiness
- Collaborate with procurement to resolve invoice disputes and payment issues
- Implement process improvements to enhance accounts payable efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
