Tanggung Jawab
- Manage general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial record-keeping
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with timely execution
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow activities
- Assist in internal audits and compliance with accounting regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial discrepancies
- Utilize ERP systems for efficient financial data management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (ERP systems) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards (PFRS)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
