Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Maintain and update financial records in compliance with local tax laws and company policies.
- Support the audit process by providing requested documentation and schedules.
- Process payroll inputs and ensure proper documentation for tax filings.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or Xero).
- Familiarity with BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
