Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records and transactions ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare and file tax returns while optimizing tax strategies for the organization
- Conduct monthly financial reporting and analysis for management review
- Coordinate internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable processes to maintain cash flow efficiency
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis to support financial planning
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tax accounting and financial management
- Proficiency in Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN, income tax)
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is highly desirable
