Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns (VAT, Withholding Tax, Income Tax) accurately and on time.
- Maintain comprehensive tax records and documentation to ensure 100% compliance with BIR requirements.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.
- Monitor and update the team on changes in tax laws and regulations that affect company operations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and government agencies during tax assessments.
- Support the finance department in ad-hoc accounting tasks as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in tax accounting or corporate taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation laws, BIR policies, and reporting procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms).
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict government deadlines.
