Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and file comprehensive tax returns (VAT, withholding tax, percentage tax) ensuring regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers in accordance with accounting standards
- Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and financial evidence
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to maintain healthy cash flow
- Contribute to process improvements in accounting operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
