Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journal entries
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Process payroll accurately and on schedule for all employees
- Conduct regular reconciliations of bank accounts and other financial records
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor financial performance against budgets
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filing requirements
- Provide financial reports and analysis to management as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
