Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update accurate financial records and ledgers using accounting software.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Prepare and file necessary tax documents and ensure compliance with BIR requirements.
- Support payroll processing and manage employee expense reimbursements.
- Monitor daily cash transactions and assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
- Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all financial and accounting documents.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic accounting software.
- Basic understanding of Philippine taxation laws and BIR compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude towards work and team collaboration.
