Your primary responsibilities will include recording financial transactions, preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports. You will also handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. We are looking for someone who possesses a solid grasp of basic accounting principles, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of accounts
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Perform general administrative tasks to support the finance team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) and other MS Office applications
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
