Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable functions accurately.
- Perform regular bank and general ledger reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
- Process supplier invoices and oversee timely payment disbursements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Administer end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by maintaining organized financial documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict reporting deadlines.
