Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify crew payroll and ensure timely disbursement of payments.
- Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices and bills for services rendered.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in CTM arrangements and the preparation of related financial documentation.
- Perform daily reconciliation tasks to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Support the finance department with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding billing inquiries and payment schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
