Tanggung Jawab
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry and ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and internal financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Handle tax documentation and ensure compliance with local BIR regulations.
- Assist in the monitoring of petty cash funds and expense liquidations.
- Support the accounting team during internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong academic background are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) is a plus.
