In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing daily transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and supporting our broader accounting team in achieving compliance excellence.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate data entry of invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure zero discrepancies.
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems for all financial documentation.
- Support the finance department in internal and external audit preparations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding payment processing and billing inquiries.
- Assist in tax filing preparations and government compliance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data processing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict accounting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
