As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of the company. You will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, managing accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in construction or related industry
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
