Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and perform monthly closing procedures.
- Manage petty cash and process employee expense reimbursements.
- Coordinate with tax authorities and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
- Monitor logistics-related invoices and assist in cost-analysis reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or ERP systems).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
