Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting tasks including journal entries, data entry, and financial recording (pencatatan).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes accurately and on time.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports (pelaporan), balance sheets, profit/loss statements, and cash flow reports.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers.
- Assist in tax filings (PPh 21, PPN, PPh Final) and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Support the monthly and yearly financial closing process.
- Ensure internal financial controls and company policies are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university.
- At least 1–2 years of working experience in a similar Accounting Staff or Finance role.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (PSAK) and Indonesian tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Zahir, or QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and a strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Willing to be placed in Medan, Sumatera Utara (local candidates preferred).
