Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation.
- Manage petty cash funds and monitor office expenses.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous accounting experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willingness to be assigned in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or SAP) is an advantage.
