Join Lautan Mas Sources as an Accounting Staff and contribute to the financial integrity of a leading company in the palm oil industry. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to manage our daily financial operations, specifically focusing on journal data entry and financial report preparation. This is a full-time opportunity to work in a dynamic environment in Jatiasih, West Java.
As part of our finance team, you will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time. You will play a crucial role in preparing comprehensive monthly financial statements and supporting the company's overall financial health. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate and timely daily journal entries and post transactions to the general ledger.
- Prepare, verify, and reconcile monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly tax reports (VAT/PPh) in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
- Monitor bank accounts and ensure all transactions are properly documented and categorized.
- Support the internal and external audit process by providing requested financial data and explanations.
- Maintain and update the fixed asset register and inventory records to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth month-end closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting standards (PSAK).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
