Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process journal entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in the general ledger.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements on a daily basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice verification and aging analysis.
- Ensure compliance with BIR tax regulations and assist in the preparation of tax filings.
- Maintain organized and secure financial records and digital documentation.
- Support the senior accounting team during internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero).
- Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and local tax laws.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict financial reporting deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
