We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax regulations and company policies. You will handle accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and assist with budget preparation. Your precision and dedication will support our mission of excellence in patient care by keeping our financial operations smooth and efficient.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and tax laws, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and statements
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure transaction accuracy
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
- Handle payroll processing and related taxes
- Monitor expenses and assist with budget preparation
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (PPN, PPh, etc.)
- Support internal and external audits as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal, Accurate, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
