Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording journal entries and maintaining the general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and summaries to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections.
- Assist in the monthly payroll preparation and ensure correct deductions and additions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation for audits.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and compliance filings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in general accounting or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards (PAAP) and GAAP.
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial data.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
