Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivables, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Ensure compliance with BIR regulations, tax filings, and government statutory requirements.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitor actual performance against approved budgets.
- Reconcile bank accounts, subsidiary ledgers, and intercompany transactions to maintain data integrity.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and timely responses.
- Coordinate with other departments to streamline processes and improve accounting efficiency.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively working towards certification.
