Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis for operational departments
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies with financial institutions
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with GAAP and local tax regulations
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and financial data
- Process payroll and ensure accurate calculation of employee compensation and deductions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with finance and non-finance teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Certification (e.g., CPA) or progress toward certification is preferred
