Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and verify financial data discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage employee expense reimbursements and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support the finance team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor and record fixed assets and maintain the depreciation schedule.
- Assist in tax filing preparations and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail with superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
