Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update accurate financial records and general ledgers on a daily basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions promptly and accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and financial statements.
- Support the finance department in preparing tax documents and ensuring compliance with BIR requirements.
- Monitor and record daily cash flow, expenses, and petty cash disbursements.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure timely reporting.
- Verify and reconcile invoices, receipts, and other financial documentation.
- Provide administrative support for audits and internal financial reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related business field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and Philippine tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Residing in or willing to work in Navotas City, Metro Manila.
