Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial transactions and ensure accurate data entry into the accounting system.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow analysis.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor petty cash disbursements.
- Ensure compliance with all local tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Maintain well-organized financial filing systems and documentation for audit purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Accurate, MYOB, or similar ERP systems).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh 21, 23, PPN).
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Residing in or willing to relocate to Bali.
