PT Garuda Unggul Nasional is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our finance department. We are a reputable company committed to excellence, and we are looking for a professional who can ensure the integrity of our financial data while supporting our growth objectives.
As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, managing accounts payable and receivable, and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial reports. This role offers a great opportunity to work in a stable environment with exposure to key financial processes.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Process and verify invoices for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and prepare monthly trial balances.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local tax regulations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents.
- Support the Finance Manager with internal audits and budget preparation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SAP, ACCPAC, or similar).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.
