Tanggung Jawab
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Process payroll and associated tax filings
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Monitor financial transactions for compliance
- Support budget preparation and variance analysis
- Implement financial controls and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1-3 years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPH, PPN)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and multitask
