Salem-Oceanic Industries Corporation is actively seeking a meticulous and highly analytical Accounting Staff to join our growing finance team in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. As a key player in our accounting department, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
In this full-time role, you will leverage your excellent math and analytical skills to process daily accounting transactions, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account payables/receivables.
- Prepare and process invoices, billing statements, and employee expense reports.
- Conduct regular bank reconciliations and verify the accuracy of daily financial data.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies and streamline processes.
- Support the accounting team during internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and local tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Accounting Staff, Bookkeeper, or similar role is highly advantageous.
- Excellent math and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced MS Excel, and familiarity with standard accounting software.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced corporate environment.
