Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify accurate, timely monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory financial reporting requirements and local tax regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure optimal cash flow management.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements on a regular basis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to track operational expenses against budgets.
- Assist in the preparation for internal and external financial audits.
- Maintain well-organized financial documentation and accounting records for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh, PPN) and PSAK standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight month-end closing deadlines.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
