Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily recording of financial transactions and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices efficiently and within deadlines.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes and inventory valuation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local tax regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables and vlookup functions).
- Familiarity with accounting software or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting standards and basic tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
