Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording of transactions and maintaining accurate financial ledgers.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll and bank reconciliations.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
- Prepare and organize supporting documents for monthly and annual audits.
- Assist the Finance Manager in compiling monthly financial reports and analysis.
- Update and maintain the company's fixed asset register and inventory records.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Must be hardworking, multi-tasking, and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
