Tanggung Jawab
- Record and process daily accounting transactions and journal entries accurately.
- Maintain and organize financial filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense summaries.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Coordinate with different departments to verify financial data and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team for audits and operational budgeting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a general accounting or bookkeeping role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or similar platforms) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with high numerical proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
