Tanggung Jawab
- Handle daily bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance.
- Process accounts payable and receivable with high accuracy.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and tax returns (BIR filings).
- Monitor and manage petty cash funds and expense reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure financial data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external audits.
- Manage administrative accounting tasks and maintain organized financial records.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is a distinct advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
- Deep understanding of basic accounting principles and BIR compliance.
- Excellent communication skills and professional integrity.
