We offer a competitive salary range of Rp 3.500.000 – Rp 4.000.000 per month and a collaborative work environment where your contributions are recognized and valued.
Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily accounting operations, including data entry, ledger maintenance, and financial record-keeping.
- Handle bank and marketplace transaction reconciliations (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) accurately and timely.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare financial statements and reports as required for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage inventory accounting and cost of goods sold for retail and e-commerce transactions.
- Utilize Accurate accounting software for all financial transactions and reporting purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies, procedures, and relevant financial regulations.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures and audit preparations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within retail or e-commerce sectors.
- Demonstrable experience in handling marketplace transactions and performing robust reconciliations.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with Accurate accounting software is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of general accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
