Tanggung Jawab
- Record, classify, and maintain financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review
- Reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy
- Support tax filing processes and maintain compliance with Indonesian tax regulations
- Assist external auditors by providing documentation and financial data
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to optimize cash flow
- Implement and improve accounting procedures for efficiency and accuracy
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., Akuntan Publik) is advantageous
