Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries.
- Develop, implement, and improve accounting systems and internal controls.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank transactions and accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors during tax and financial reviews.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance to provide insights for management decision-making.
- Travel periodically to regional sites for financial auditing and site inspections.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication.
- Strong technical proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or Xero).
- Aged between 25 – 35 years old.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain efficient accounting workflows.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required by the business.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet strict deadlines.
