Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget limitations.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and tax records for audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies or billing inquiries.
- Assist in tax filing preparations and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; 1-2 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under minimum supervision.
- Strong understanding of Philippine accounting principles and basic tax compliance.
