Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting entries including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare accurate financial records, including bank reconciliations and expense reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor and process invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate documentation of financial transactions.
- Support the finance manager in tax filings and compliance requirements.
- Maintain systematic filing of financial documents and supporting vouchers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle competing priorities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with integrity.
